Marin is a gentle Giant with a fixation on being beautiful. Her fixation is so extreme that she dreads speaking in front of others, as they will inevitably see the inside of her mouth.

She has a desire to be seen, but a desire to be hidden. She is jealous of people like Luca and Finnigan, who - to her - have 'perfect' visages.

The sword through her heart brings no pain, and she would prefer to not have it removed.

'Marin', as she is known, is not actually the Giant, but the sword which goes through the Giant's heart. The blade was created by the Weaver in an attempt to perform abiogenesis.

However, her creation escaped, and now Marin lives not knowing she is a mere object.
