Finnigan Mendoza is a nun who lives in a convent in Virginia. She's the youngest in her group at 26 years old, but to her, that's alright.

She's kind, devout, perhaps a bit shy, but overall rather pleasant.

However, with her she carries a secret. She cannot find humans beautiful. She can only love the otherwise unloveable, the otherwise hated. Within an ugly visage she can find beauty.

Initially, this poses little trouble. However, her attraction to the unusual leads her to falling in love with a sudden appearance in her convent's chicken coop.
